We currently only accept PayPal payments. You can send payments to: firstname.lastname@example.org If you wish to pay with a credit card, you can do so with PayPal. We can also set you up with a PayPal Subscription upon your request.
We do not accept eCheck payments from PayPal. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you wish to host with us, payments may be made monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually. Payments must be made on time unless special arrangements have been made a week prior to payment’s due date.
Dedicated server purchases require that a PayPal Subscription be set up. Payment will be due on the 4th week from the date the server was purchased on every month.
If you are late in making a payment, your account will be suspended and you will not receive an email notifying you of suspension. It is your responsibility to make sure payment is made on time. To have your account re-activated, you will need to make your payment plus an additional $10.00 administrative fee. If 30 days have passed since suspension of your site due to non-payment, we reserve the right to delete your account with us and all your data on the account will be deleted.
Your account will not be set up to automatically bill your credit card when your cycle is due, however you can request for us to set you up with a PayPal Subscription.
We send out an invoice when payment is due usually a week before it’s actually due. If payment has not been received, we will send one more invoice on the date it’s due. After that, we will suspend your account if you do not make a payment.
